Dear Cher friends,
Our dream of bringing Cher fans together
and giving the proceeds to the Children's Craniofacial Association,
became a reality with Cher Convention 2000 in Chicago, IL, on July 14th
and 15th. It was nicknamed Chercago weekend.
It again became a reality with Cher Convention 2002 and Cher Convention
2004 in Las Vegas, NV. Old friendships and new were
brought together through a common thread known as Cher.
Through the past few years Cher's fans
have become connected like never before. With the use of the
Internet, people have found their “Cher family”. As friendships
through common interests have grown, there has been a call to come
together and to celebrate Cher.
The organizers of the Cher Convention hope
to provide an environment of entertainment and education for all fans.
To offer a place where you can find those rare Cher items, see the
photos, and hear the music. This is everything a fan convention should
be, a party of a lifetime for Cher fans of all ages.
In honor of Cher,
and as a thank you to her, all proceeds are given to The Children’s
Craniofacial Association, in which Cher is the National Spokesperson. By
attending the convention you support Cher’s favorite charity. By
supporting Cher’s favorite charity, we can give back part of the joy
and love, to one who has given so much. We are able to touch the heart
that has touched so many.
